Are we breed restrictive?

Boarding: "Does my dog stay in its room all day?"


No, your dog does not stay in its room all day. The only times they are in their rooms is when they eat and sleep. Otherwise, they are grouped in their same sized groups for daycare and are able to play with their fury friends in our outdoor play area.




Boarding / Daycare: If my dog isn't socially friendly, what happens?


Don't worry! Your dog will be put in a comfortable suite and rotated every 30 minutes to play in the backyard with our fun and friendly staff! (:




Food: "Is my dog given unauthorized food or snacks while they are here?"


They are only given food or snacks provided by the owner. If given authorization, our staff will provide food or snacks.




Boarding / Day Care: "Am I allowed to bring personal belongings?"


Our facility provides bedding, bowls, and toys. Personal belongings are welcomed but not required. We are not responsible for damage or loss of these belongings.




"What changes during the holiday seasons?"


- There is a 2 item minimum on our personal belonging policy. - Holiday reservations can only be made one month prior. - Payment is due at the time of drop off. - Hours may vary, (check contact page). - All holiday reservations are required to make a one night deposit, non-refundable if cancelled past 24 hours. - No tours are given during this time of the year.




Boarding: "Can my dog and cat board together?"


No, due to the safety of both pets we cannot board them together.




Insurance: "Can I long term board?"
